ONGC buyback offer

As you are aware, OIL& NATURAL GAS CORPORATION LIMITED has announced the buyback of equity shares through tender offer pursuant to SEBI (Buyback of securities) Regulations, 1998, as amended. The company shall implement the buyback using the mechanism for acquisition of shares through stock exchange notified as per circular no CIR/CFD/POLICYCELL/1/2015 dated April 13, 2015 and following the procedures as prescribed in The Companies Act and SEBI Regulations.
